Whispering Pines Baptist Church is a scripture-based, gospel-centered church in southern New Hanover County, NC

We believe that God’s love and offer of salvation are for all people, and that His desire is for every nation, tribe, language, and race to become disciples of Jesus Christ. WPBC affirms that God calls His followers to share the Gospel and that every Christian has a personal responsibility to participate in missions, not just a select few. As a church family, we are committed to working together in a missions-focused ministry that faithfully responds to God’s command to reach people with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
